1. What is ChooseYourFreebie.com?

    ChooseYourFreebie.com is your source for earning free stuff online by completing trial offers and referring friends to do the same!

2. How much does it cost to sign up?

    Nothing! Membership to our site is free!

    Please note: For some advertisers` offers, you may incur a fee from them for their service. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you carefully read the terms for each offer before registering for them.

3. How can you afford to give these items away for free?

    Our advertisers pay us to send them new customers (like you), and when you sign up for their offers, we get a commission. Most of the money we earn off of your referrals goes to you, in the form of a reward.

4. Are the items brand new?

    They are! We never buy used or refurbished items.

5. Am I going to get junk emails from your site?

    We will never sell your information to third-parties, so you will not receive any junk emails by signing up for our site. We occasionally send out announcement emails, but you may opt-out of these if you choose.

6. Is this a pyramid or matrix scheme?

No. Unlike pyramid and matrix schemes, our site`s registration is free. We run on the affiliate marketing model; instead of users earning rewards off of each other, our users earn rewards off of the commission from our advertisers.

7. Can I join the site more than once?

    No, we only allow one account per person and only one account per household. You can, however, receive multiple rewards from our site.

8. Can I register or log in from a shared or public computer / internet connection?

    No, you need to register and log in from your own computer using your own internet connection. Since we do not allow multiple accounts, you run the risk of disqualification since someone may have already joined the site using that connection. If you want to check your status from a public internet connection, you can use the URL of your signature banner. You can find this on the bottom of the Refer page.

9. Is there a household limit?

    Yes, we only allow one account per household.

10. How do I earn credit for completing an offer?

    Each offer has different credit requirements; simply mouse-over an offer banner to see them.

11. How long does it take to receive my reward?

     We ship out rewards at the end of every month. After a user`s requirements are completed, his/her reward will be sent out at the end of the following month.

    Example:
    User A completes all of his offer requirements and gets all of his referrals in September. His reward is shipped out October 31st. User B completes all of her offer requirements and gets all of her referrals in October. Her reward is shipped out November 30th.

12. How do I get referrals?

     When you sign up you choose a unique referral link. Give this link to your friends, family, and anyone else you think might be interested. To find your referral link and view other ways you can refer your friends, see the Refer page.

13. How is my personal information used?

     We only use your information to create and maintain your account and to ship your reward upon completing the listed requirements. 14. If I am under 18 years of age can I participate?

     No. You must be 18 or older to use our site.

Offers / Credits

1. How do I earn credit for completing an offer?

    Each offer has different credit requirements; simply mouse-over an offer banner to see them.

2. Are there any rules I have to follow when completing offers?

Yes, there are. If you want to earn a reward on our site, you are prohibited from performing any the following actions:

    1. Completing the same offer more than once
    2. Using a prepaid credit card or gift debit card to complete offers
    3. Providing fraudulent information

3. How long does it take to receive credit for an offer?

    The reporting time for each offer varies. Most credit instantly, while others may take a few days or even weeks. Each offer`s reporting time is displayed under its banner on the Offers page.

4. How can I ensure that I receive credit for completing an offer?

    Since offers are tracked through the use of cookies, make sure that your web browser has cookies enabled. You should also clear them before clicking on an offer.

5. What if I am unsure about using my credit card to complete an offer?

    Don`t worry! If you are asked to provide that information to an advertiser, you can rest assured that only they will see it and use it to process your signup with them.

6. How do you know I was the one who signed up for an offer if the advertiser doesn`t share any of my personal information?

    We have a unique tracking ID associated with your user number in all of the offer links. Our advertisers track that number, and when an offer is reported to us as completed, they tell us the tracking ID that was in the offer link you clicked.

7. How many times can I complete a certain offer?

    Each offer may only be completed once per person! Even if you see an offer you signed up for a long time ago, you may not sign up for it again.

    If we are informed that a user completed the same offer more than once, this will result in immediate account termination as per our Terms and Conditions.

8. I completed an offer but didn`t receive credit.

    Although most offers credit without any problems, occasionally an offer may not be reported to us. If this happens, and you`re sure that you fulfilled all the offer requirements, you may fill out a manual credit request by clicking here.

    Please Note: You may only request a manual credit for offers that say, "MCR Allowed". For all other offers wait 24 hours; they occasionally take a little longer to credit.

9. What happens if I do more offers than I need?

    While there is no advantage to completing additional offers, there is no penalty either. As long as you earn at least 1 credit, your offer requirements are met.

Referrals

1. What is a referral?

    A referral is a user who joins our site using your referral link.

2. How do I get referrals?

    When you sign up you choose a unique referral link. Give this link to your friends, family, and anyone else you think might be interested. To find your referral link and view other ways you can refer your friends, see the Refer page.

3. Can I refer someone who lives with me?

    No, only one account is allowed per household.

4. When do I receive credit for my referral`s signup?

    After your referral completes 1 credit worth of offers, he/she will be listed as a Completed Referral on your account.

    To view all the users you`ve referred and their statuses, look on the Status page.

5. How do I ensure my referrals will be listed under my account?

    In order to receive credit for a referral`s signup, he/she must use the exact referral link seen on the Refer page and complete the registration process in one visit.

    Tell your referral to make sure that the following appears in the registration box on the homepage of our site before he/she signs up: `You are being referred by [your name].`

6. My referral`s account has been placed on hold.

    Users` accounts are put on hold if they are found to have violated our Terms and Conditions. If your referral`s account is placed on hold, then he/she is no longer eligible to provide credit to your account.

Rewards

1. How do I change my reward?

    If you changed your mind and want a different reward, simply go to the Status page and click the link located under your reward picture that says Change Your Reward.

2. What do I do when I have completed the requirements for my reward?

    To request your reward, all you need to do is go to the Order page. After we verify that you and your referrals complied with our Terms and Conditions, we`ll ship your reward to you.

3. Are the items brand new?

    They are! We never buy used or refurbished items.

4. Do I have to pay for shipping?

    No. We don`t charge you for the shipping of your reward.

5. How long does it take to receive my reward?

    We ship out rewards at the end of every month. After a user`s requirements are completed, his/her reward will be sent out at the end of the following month.

6. Do you offer returns?

    If your reward is defective when you receive it, we will try our best to get a replacement to you.
